Head Hunter

Veclar Technologies is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Head Hunter to actively identify, engage, and secure top talent on a daily basis. You will provide tailored staffing solutions to meet our clients' needs and contribute to our organizational growth.

The primary objective is to build a strong talent pool, ensure the right fit for our clients, and enhance their success. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting with and recruiting top professionals.

On-Boarding Process

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential candidates through various channels.
• Present, advocate for, and match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with candidates.
• Achieve and exceed agreed-upon recruitment targets within set timeframes.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve exceptional results.
• Gather and provide candidate feedback to enhance the recruitment process.



Job Requirements

• Meet and exceed recruitment targets within specified deadlines.
• A minimum of 0.5-2 years of recruitment or related experience is required.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in sales, communication, and negotiation techniques.
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM and best recruitment practices.



Salary Package & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Package: 50,000 to 60,000 PKR per month (depending on experience).
• Additional Incentives: Daily Cash Bonus, Monthly Bonus, Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus.
• Generous Annual Paid Leaves.
