Recruiter

Veclar Technologies is in search of a dedicated and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to meet our staffing needs and contribute to our organizational growth.

Your primary goal will be to build a strong talent pipeline, ensure the right match between candidates and job openings, and enhance our company's success. To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, a knack for identifying talent, and a genuine passion for connecting with and recruiting top professionals.

On-Boarding Process

Job Responsibilities

• Source, engage, and assess potential candidates through various channels.
• Present and advocate for candidates, matching them with suitable job opportunities.
• Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve and surpass agreed-upon recruitment targets within specified timeframes.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to deliver outstanding results.
• Gather and provide valuable client and candidate feedback to improve our recruitment process.



Job Requirements

• Exceed recruitment targets within set deadlines.
• Possess a minimum of 0.5-2 years of recruitment or related experience.
• Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a US accent.
• Showcase proficiency in sales, communication, and negotiation techniques.
• Display strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Familiarity with CRM practices.



Salary Package & Benefits

• Competitive Salary Package: 50,000 to 60,000 PKR per month (based on experience).
• Additional Incentives: Daily Cash Bonus, Monthly Bonus, Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus.
