Customer Success Executive

Veclar Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented success team member to join our team. As a member of our Success Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. You will play a critical role in driving customer loyalty and retention by delivering excellent customer service and support.

On-Boarding Process

Job Responsibilities

• Reach out to prospects through cold calling/texting/emailing.
• Build strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor and advocate for their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and drive service improvements.
• Provide feedback on customer pain points and feature requests.
• Track and report on customer success metrics, such as customer satisfaction, retention, and renewal rates.
• Prospect hunting.
• Develop and maintain customer documentation and knowledge base articles.



Job Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of customer success best practices and methodologies.
• Familiarity with CRM practices.



Salary Package & Benefits

• The basic salary range is between PKR 35,000 – 60,000 per month.
• Performance bonuses, referral bonuses, and paid holidays.

Note: This is a full-time office-based job (Night Shift).
