Job Responsibilities

• Manage the entire employee life cycle from recruitment to retirement.
• Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Address employee concerns, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and equitable manner.
• Oversee recruitment, conduct interviews, and onboard new employees.
• Develop and conduct training programs to foster professional growth.
• Administer compensation and benefits, ensuring competitiveness.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.



Job Requirements

• A track record of maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proficiency in HR software and systems.
