On-Boarding Process

Resume Screening
We conduct CV screening to efficiently match applicant qualifications with job requirements, streamlining our selection process.

Two Rounds of Interview
We use a two-round interview process, first for qualifications and second for role suitability, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation.
step 3
Three Weeks Training
We mandate a three-week training program to thoroughly prepare new hires for their roles, ensuring a strong foundation.
- Educate customers about the services, understand their requirements, and provide them the solutions to their problems.
- Bring feedback from customers and prospects to make our services better.
- Handle inbound calls and chats/emails from customers.
- Make outbound calls when required to.
- Collaborating with internal teams to solve complex customer problems.
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude while handling customer interactions.
- Managing and Maintaining Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Minimum 1-year experience in relevant fields.
- Strong communication and IT fluency.
- Excellent Oral & Written Communication skills in English.
- Neutral or American Accent.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM practices.
- The basic Salary Package is 60,000 PKR per month.
- Performance Bonus, Referral Bonus, Annual Paid Leaves.
